Every proficient martial artist and combatant possesses a high level of physical fitness, as well as vigorous mental endurance and tenacity. An individual’s ability to execute a technique is greatly influenced by his/her physical and mental conditioning. Without a vigorously conditioned body and mind, it is unlikely that an individual will withstand the stress and damage that is inevitable in a real- life scenario.
UCS fitness and conditioning regimens are included in all UCS programs. In addition to general physical and mental exercises, each program consists of a fitness and conditioning curriculum designed to develop the physical and mental attributes required for the specific category of combat. The UCS Fitness and Conditioning curriculum provides immediate and long-term benefits in all areas of life (combat, career, health, family, etc.). Students develop an insurmountable level of determination and focus.
